Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. This ensures we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Return Policy Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, unopened, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, livestock, or plants) and custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items). If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being delivered within the United Kingdom, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this period, you can cancel or return your order for any reason without needing to provide an explanation. Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Cancellation Policy You have the right to cancel an order within 14 working days of receipt. The returned goods must be in new and unused condition, as stated in our return policy. We must receive the goods within 21 days of your cancellation notice. You are responsible for any loss or damage during this time. Once we receive the goods in their original condition, we will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping charges. If the returned goods are not in perfect condition, they will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
