Returns

At iReef, we accept returns within 21 days of purchase, provided a return request has been approved and the items are received at our warehouse. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition unless being returned due to a fault, in which case our replacement policy will apply. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping and are liable for any loss or damage during transit. Upon receiving items in their original, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding the original shipping charges. If returned items are not in a resalable condition, they will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

Cancelations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving it. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition as outlined in our Returns Policy. We must receive the returned items within 21 days of your cancellation notice, during which time you are responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Once we receive the items in a new and unused condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs. If the returned items are not in a resalable condition, they will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please notify us within 14 working days and return the items within 21 working days. Wherever possible, replacement parts will be sent to you. If a replacement is not feasible, we will ask you to return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once the damage has been verified, we will provide the necessary replacements. If the returned goods are found to be in good working order, return postage costs will not be refunded, and we may deduct our original shipping costs from any refund issued. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our products.

Manufacturers Warranty

We collaborate closely with manufacturers to ensure their guarantees are upheld and strive to resolve warranty issues promptly. Postage costs for returns under the manufacturer’s guarantee can only be refunded if the goods are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Postage costs for warranty returns will only be refunded if the product becomes faulty within the initial weeks after receipt. Replacement parts or goods will only be provided with prior manufacturer authorization. Items must not be returned without our prior approval.

For glass items, replacements can only be offered if we are notified of any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Glass bulbs or tubes will only be replaced if they become faulty within 14 days of receipt.
